Absolutely saved our sanity! Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about A Plus Attic. We had been dealing with a nightmare rat problem in our attic that felt like it was never going to end. Every time we thought we had it handled, they’d find another way in. When Todd and A Plus Attic came out, they didn't just throw down a quick fix. They went through the entire attic with a fine-tooth comb and sealed up every single entrance point—no matter how small. Once the pests were locked out, they did a massive cleanout, removing all the mess and thoroughly disinfecting every last inch of the space. Walking up there now feels like a completely different house. The real kicker was when the technician crawled back out and showed me photos of a dislocated AC duct they found while working. We had no idea it was even detached! They went ahead, fixed it, and properly sealed it up—completely free of charge. It’s so rare to find contractors who actually care about doing the job right, let alone going the extra mile without trying to nickel-and-dime you for it. Super professional, ultra-thorough, and genuine people. If you’re dealing with attic issues, save yourself the stress and just call them. Highly, highly recommend!
