Review 1:

We use Advanced Roofing for our large condo buildings because they a great reputation. Recently, one of their employees (Devon) took especially great care for the work of identifying and repairing a roof issue. So, it's important to recognize employees for good work. And so, another good job for Advanced Roofing. Definitely recommended.

We just completed a major commercial office re-roofing project (3 buildings). From start to finish, the Advanced Roofing team was excellent. We had very few tenant complaints, the job was finished ahead of schedule, and under budget. I highly recommend for commercial roof replacements.

Review 3:

I was the president of our association and after meeting with the AR team multiple times we decided to have AR install our new roof . There were a few roof removal issues while the AR team was working. ( not their fault issues) When they removed our (4) shed roofs (angled roof) they noticed the "original roof" had concrete that was not cured and all ran down to the bottom. Art this point they called me up to see the problem. Right away we met downstairs and spoke about our options to change the materials being installed on the roof. They contacted Johns Manville right away and they came up with a new roofing material that needs a change order approval from Ft. Pierce. Advanced Roofing took all the new Johns Manville Material documents, pictures, and new scope of work to ensure they were using the correct materials. We were approved and we did a change order to keep the project moving. The team onsite and management teams were always available to talk and discuss the project. We held weekly progress meetings so we could update our owners. The staging and safety plan were followed perfectly. I have 10 years experience with the US Army Corps of Engineers on projects on military bases. AR exceeded every request I asked and if we move I would hire AR again to handle our projects. They provided us with all the close out documents, warranty's, along with setting us up with yearly inspections to stay compliant with AR and Johns Manville material warranty.

Absolutely professional in every way. Top professionals in roofing and construction project management. The proposal at the front end of the project was perfect: included every detail and every cost input. No surprise change orders. No back-and-forth nickel and diming. The construction schedule was clearly laid out during pre-construction planning, and the project tracked that schedule with few revisions. What revisions there were were rain-out delays. The project manager communicated effectively. Had weekly Owner-Contractor meetings. Had end-of-week progress reports with pictures. The crew foreman was absolutely a professional roofing systems expert. He ran that crew and that schedule meticulously. Mobilization at the beginning of the project was done with courtesy and common sense. Advanced Roof completed the project on time, in line with the schedule and on budget. No surprise change orders at the end. The progress invoicing followed the exact invoicing schedule. Advanced Roofing followed exact AIA pricing and pay application standards. Advanced Roofing is probably the most professional construction firm I've done business with. Now if only all other construction trade contractors would operate like Advanced Roofing. Even gave Advanced Roofing my roofing maintenance contracts for both my sites in South Florida. Send Advanced Roofing an RFP or ITB. You will not regret it at all.
