Review 1:

Caution ! Read the fine print on your contract. I’ve lived in SF for 40 years. Allied installed my roof 2016. A new leak prior to warranty expiration developed.Upon requesting repair under my warranty, I was informed I was supposed to send pictures every time i had the roof cleaned b4 & after. My bad. I did not do this. The broken tiles are very common & Allied charged me 1K for 8 tiles replace (a minimum charge -which i accepted) in 2025. Once again in 2026, I had broken tiles. Allied’s charge and quantity of tiles to replace despite pics of broken tiles was out of market. I again voided the warranty by having another vendor to replace my broken tiles. I was doomed. My warranty voided. These were broken tiles, no roof repair. P.S. The Allied rep had never a concern of our damage. Their remedy was laser focused on the 2 gotchas that voided my warranty. I am sure they would have found whatever they could to void the warranty due to a their disregard for what I felt was an emergency water leak. BEWARE ! Allied for us was Not customer centric, or showed any concern for helping us solve a problem. BTW, Our roof is still under warranty for 10 days. If your looking for a 9 year 51 week vendor, the roof never had a prior leak, Allied hit that bar. They did offer a quote for damage based on my pics at mkt price. I passed. Why offer a site unseen quote? Because you know the roofs are vulnerable at 10 years. The pics show its the junction of garage and home roof. Noting to do with cracked tiles.As the original owner (30 years) it happened before and is common. But you knew that, the goal was to find a reason to skirt responsibility. Your long response does not dispute my complaint. Look’s like you have a boilerplate to cover potential issues. Again, beware.

When I decided to install a metal roof, I research different companies for at least a month. I decided to contract Allied Roofing & Sheet Metal Inc, Tamarac Florida, and I'm glad that I selected them. This guys don't play....they are true professionals. Starting with the Roofing Consultant, Emanuel Herrera (Manny) who covered, and explained every detail in the contract and was my first contact with the company, and impressed me. Jeff (owner), who stopped by the house and reassured me the quality of the work and timeline. Ana , (owner) who replied to every answer in a timely manner. Wiktoria,(office manager and everything else) who explained every process from the signing of the contract to completion. Deisi, (office) who keep me updated of the progress. Scott, (project manager) who was available 24/7 to answer every question. The Tear Down crew who did an excellent job and keep the property clean and pick up every nail from the ground during clean up. The metal crew did an excellent job. The workmanship and quality looks great, and drivers slow down when they drive by my house. I would recommend Allied Roofing & Sheet Metal as one of the best installer for a metal or aluminum roof. Keep up the good work guys.

A new roof is a huge investment and from the start Manny put me at ease and walked me through exactly what to expect. Deisi, in the office, keep me up to date with each step and Gerardo made sure everything on site went exactly how it was supposed to. Great experience and beautiful new roof!
