These guys did a terrific job on a very complex roof replacement. If you’re looking for a company to do your roof, they have my full recommendation. I’ve been in some form of facilities management or project management for the last 20 years, the majority of it with a large global real-estate management company. I’ve worked with hundreds of vendors across the world to complete commercial construction projects. I’d like to think I know my way around a bit. If these guys were a national company, I’d use them professionally. That’s how good my experience was with them. There were a few issues with communication, and one small quality issue. Both were fixed quickly. That’s really all the matters. Every job has issues. Contractors that make it are the ones that solve them quickly. Best roofing does that. Aside from doing a great job on my clay tiles, they also accurately quoted the job, added no surprises, did a tremendous job cleaning up, and did what they said they would. Again, not a lot more I could ask for. There is also the finished product. Straight lines, good color distribution, secure adhesion, quality materials. The roof looks perfect. If quality matters more than anything else, give these guys a call and get a quote. I worked with Mike to get the ball rolling. He was terrific and I would strongly recommend asking for him.
