At all times during the job, Mr. Crognale was the consummate professional and the work was exemplary.

Review 4:I hired Pat from Crognale to do plumbing work under a General Contractor John Barfield from Image Custom Homes. I was grossly overcharged for work that he had done incorrectly and contrary to the permit approved by the city. I ultimately fired the main GC, which was Pat's longtime friend, and had the new GC of record meet with Pat to see if he was interested in completing the job that he had signed on for. After telling us that he was going to stay on the job and complete his contract, he went unreachable for 5 weeks via phone, voicemail, text, and email - he totally abandoned the job and I will be filing a complaint with the DBPR about his lack of professionalism in incompetency to follow approved plans. STAY AWAY FROM PAT AT CROGNALE AND ASSOCIATES!!!!
