Review 1:

Good price and communicative up to the point of signing the contract. From that point on, all communication received from the company is auto generated texts, calls and emails that cannot be responded to. Workman will use your number when they need to reach out to you for assistance, but you will never be formally introduced to a foreman for which you can contact when you have a question or request regarding the job. Once the company decides the job is completed, they rely solely on the above stated communication and do not perform a final walkthrough. This is far from the professional environment I prefer when hiring a company to perform repairs on my home.

Review 2:

I met with 5 different roofing contractors before going with Maze Roofing. My husband had been a general contractor so I was more than just a little picky. Maze had the best price & the best reviews & were exceptionally honest when answering all my questions or concerns. Special thanks to my rep Yaro & to Matt in Production for the highly personalized and ongoing support throughout, from selecting the tile to the installation. Daily communication. They put up about 4200’ ft of s tile. The whole process was quick, excellent clean up & a roof so beautiful all my neighbors were asking who did it. No problems with the final inspection. Thank you Maze thank you Yaro thank you Matt. Apologies if I drove you nuts.
