WELL... I HAVE BEEN CALLING FOR A LITTLE HELP ON CORRECTING THEIR MISTAKE. "HANDY" RUEBEN", THE OWNER, SAID i WOULD BE CONTACTED BY THE MAN WHO DID THE JOB. IT HAS BEEN THREE WEEKS SO FAR, NOTHING IS HAPPENING. THIS IS A 30-40 MINUTE FIX TO ADJUST BOTH ENDS. I OFFERED TO PAY FOR IT ($40) FOR THE INSTALLER SO RUEBEN DOES NOT HAVE TO PAY HIM - EVEN THOUGH IT IS NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY. I OFFERED TO HELP THE INSTALLER, AS I HAVE A LARGE 9 F00T STEP LADDER, AND I KNOW WHAT I AM DOING ON LADDERS! I TIPPED THE INSTALLER $40 WHEN HE REMOVED THE GUTTER AND DOWNSPOUTS, AND $40 AFTER HE REINSTALLED THEM... THE COST WAS AROUND $700 +/-, TOTAL I KNOW NOTHING IS PERFECT BUT WHEN MY RAIN GUTTERS WERE RE-REINSTALLED, AFTER OUR TILE ROOF WAS REPLACED, THE INSTALLER HUNG THE LONGEST GUTTER HIGHER AT THE DOWN SPOUT ENDS THAN THE MIDDLE OF THE GUTTER. I DID NOT REALIZE THIS UNTIL RECENT TORRENTIAL RAINS HAD THE MIDLE SECTION OF THIS 42 FOOT GUTTER BENDING DOWNWARD AS THE RAIN WATER WAS POURING OUT OVER IT ONTO OUR PORCH AND SMALL WATER DISCHARES WERE COMING OUT THE TWO DOWNSPOUTS. i DID A WATER FLOW TEST FROM THE CENTER OF THE GUTTER IN BOTH DIRECTIONS WITH THE HOSE NOSSLE SET ON "JET". IN BOTH DIRECTIONS, THE WATER "JET" STREAMS WOULD QUICKLY FLOW BACKWARDS INTO THE MIDDLE OF THE RAIN GUTTER. NOT GOOD! PERHAPS, THEY WILL TEXT ME TO SET-UP AN APPOINTMENT AT THEIR CONVENIENCE, SO THAT i CAN GIVE A BETTER REVIEW.

I rarely leave a negative review, but this experience has been extremely frustrating. I hired Mprove Gutter to install gutters on my home, and not long after installation, the gutter is already failing — it’s bowing away from the house and clearly not secured properly. On top of that, they installed it lower than the previous setup and failed to clean the newly exposed section of the roof, leaving it in worse condition than before. When I first reached out, I was told they would come fix the issue. They scheduled appointments twice and missed both without notice. Since then, they have completely stopped responding — no calls, no messages, nothing. At this point, I’m left with a broken gutter on the street facing side of my house and will have to hire another company to fix their mistake, which is unacceptable after paying for a professional installation. I would strongly caution anyone considering using this company — based on my experience, their workmanship and customer service are both unreliable.

No show! Appointment was made and confirmed through website. Nobody showed up for the appointment and nobody contacted me to reschedule.

Review 4:

The work was done sufficiently and to my satisfaction. The repairman person was very professional and was very knowledgeable. Will definitely use them again.
