Please look somewhere else before hiring Richard Adams Roofing. Our experience was extremely disappointing and costly. The job ended up costing us thousands because of poor communication, delays, and unprofessional handling of the project. Based on my experience, he seems more like a patch guy than someone I would trust with a serious roofing project. Even from what I’ve seen in other reviews, smaller patch type work seems to be more his lane. We paid money expecting our job to be handled properly, but it appeared that the money and project were not managed the way they should have been. The lack of organization, accountability, and professionalism caused a lot of stress and financial loss. I would not recommend this company for anyone looking for reliable roofing work. Make sure everything is in writing, ask for receipts, and be very careful before paying money upfront.

Richard was hired by my landlord to handle the roofing on my commercial space. He went above and beyond to work directly with me on the issues that specifically impacted my unit and I’m so incredibly grateful for that! He was not only responsive and professional, but also warm, kind, and easy to communicate with. Anytime something came up (as they always do during a project!), Richard took the time to make sure I understood exactly what was going on and worked with me to find the best possible solution. It truly made the entire experience so much less stressful! It’s rare to come across someone who not only takes pride in their work but also genuinely cares about the people involved — but Richard is one of those rare few. I’d absolutely love to work with him again on future personal projects!
