I had a water leak into our bedroom after Skypro fixed another leak that was coming into the garage and guest bedroom. We originally thought the leak was related to their earlier fix. Skypro sent Raudal out and he painstakenly traced the leakage issue walking all over the roof and into the attic to find that the roof was actually in good shape. He didn't stop there, he helped us determine next steps to determine what could be causing the leak which centered around the hot water tank and possibly the plumbing around it. It lead to being the hot water tank. We are appreciative of how much time Raudal took with us to make sure the roof was sound. He was an excellent employee of the company. And SkyPro did a great job on the original fix. Shout out to Ava and the SkyPro team!

My worst nightmare (I had a roof issue) happened following the annual heavy rains in June. I had to leaks in my roof that needed immediate attention. My first communication with the company was easy and when I called, I actually talked to a person and not a voicemail. I was immediately schedule for an inspection and within 2 days, I had appointment for repairs, Telephone communications were outstanding, and I was notified throughout the process by a phone call. The repair men should up early morning for the scheduled day and the work was carried out professionally and completed on the same day. I am a very happy customer and I highly recommend SkyPro! Fair prices and good quality work.
