everett and the crew did a great job replacing my roof. we bought an older house in Fort Lauderdale with a roof in pretty rough shape, including rotten roof decking near the gutters and some worn shingles. We wanted to get it done before the heavy Florida rain and summer heat caused more problems, and they responded fast. The team handled the tear-off, decking repairs, underlayment, and shingle installation over just a few days. the new roof looks great, the crew was on time, and the cleanup was very thorough. When i checked the gutters afterward, i was impressed to see they had cleaned out leaves along with the roofing debris. They made the whole roofing process simple, smooth, and much easier than i expected. The workmanship felt solid, communication was clear, and the house is much better protected now.
